This event is open to the public and free.  There are special events that need to have been purchased before the day of.  Please see the list below to find out what the options are and where they are happening!

Becoming a Vendor

Thank you so much for your interest in being a vendor at our Classic Christmas event!  We are so excited to be offering this opportunity to you and to the shoppers that are coming! This will be such an incredible event to get us all in the holiday spirit!  Here are just a few things to cover:


The majority of the vendors will be under our tent.  It does have a concrete slab under it, so you won’t have to worry about setting up on the grass.  The rooms inside the house are being reserved for Santa story time and a few other home decor shops.  If you are a home decor shop and want to speak with me about being inside, please contact Krista Cox at hello@eaderhouse.com.

Cost:

Free (we are requiring a $100 refundable deposit to lock in your spot). We will reimburse you the money after the event.  If you don’t show up or can’t make it, that is not refunded.  Payments can be made.

Insurance

Eader House is not responsible for any of your items or any accidents that happen with your items. Therefore, Eader House does require that each vendor provides a COI (Certificate of Insurance).  You get that through your insurance agent.  It’s a very easy process. If you don’t have insurance for your business, please contact Julie Todd with Cypress Insurance at 731-271-1545. You will NOT be able to set up your booth without this form being completed and sent to hello@eaderhouse.com 

Set Up

We provide you with a 10x10 space under the tent. You are responsible for bringing your own set up.  There is power under the tent, so you will be able to plug things in.  The plugs are limited, so if you don’t have to use electricity, we ask that you don’t.  All vendors are responsible for your own set up.  You may come at 7am to start setting up.  All booths must be set up and ready for shoppers by 9:45am.  Please do NOT drive on any of the grassy areas of the venue.

During the Event

Please keep in mind that this is the kick off to the holiday season.  This is a fun event and we all need to stay positive and kind with each other and shoppers.  If there are any issues, please come find the Eader House Staff and we will assist you.  Thank you.  Please don’t leave your booth unattended.  We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.  But please feel free to mingle and visit with the fellow small business owners!  We want you to network and build those relationships!

Clean Up

Please do NOT start tearing down before 6pm.  They shoppers that are there deserve the full experience even if they are arriving at 5:30.  That being said, please feel free to start tearing down at 6pm when the event ends.  All tear down and clean up needs to be done by 8pm.  Please do NOT drive on any of the grassy areas of the venue.  All vendors are responsible for their own tear down and clean up.

How to sign up

Please email us at hello@eaderhouse.com.  Let us know your company name and what you sell.  If you have any questions about the event, that would be a great time to ask.  Once we receive the email, we will invoice you via PayPal.  Once the deposit has been paid, you are officially booked and can start planning your booth space!

Things to keep in mind while planning your booth space

  • No flames are allowed in the house or under the tent
  • No music in individual booths. We will have music for the tent.
  • No Smoking or Vaping on the property.  Please go off-site if you need to do that.
  • Please throw all trash in the trash receptacles.
